Supporting the business through transformation initiatives as the Business Analyst you will be working with a team of Business Analysts to provide capability for strategic projects that deliver business outcomes. In the role you will:

Gather and document business requirements
Ensure the development of appropriate solutions which are secure, scalable, based on best-practice and solve business problems
Proactively forecast BA demand and capability to support delivery requirements
Provide BA expertise and support to dependant projects and collaborate with other projects as required

Successful candidates will have:

Significant BA experience, delivering strategic projects or major change initiatives
A knack for dealing with both ambiguity and complexity
Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing experience
Demonstrated experience driving results
Superb problem-solving skills that can be applied to different situations
