Supporting the delivery of customer remediation through structured requirements gathering and collaboration with Data Analysts and SMEs. Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business SMEs to understand remediation rules, exception criteria, and impacted customer scenarios
- Facilitating workshops
- Documenting business requirements
- Working closely with the Data Analyst to ensure clear translation of business rules
- Supporting the validation of exception reports
- Maintaining traceability between remediation scenarios, business rules, and report logic
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst on a remediation programme
- Experience documenting business requirements
- Proven facilitation experience
- Ability to understand and interrogate data logic at a high level and communicate effectively with Data Analysts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ideally a working knowledge of exception reporting or remediation frameworks
