Change Manager

Our client is undertaking an SAP upgrade and we are looking for a Change Manager to work collaboratively with users of the deployment team to ensure a seamless transition for end users who are impacted by these changes. Key responsibilities will include:

Setting up the change vision, strategy and plan
Creating a Change Impact Assessment and develop a pragmatic change plan for all impacted groups
Developing training material
Adoption measurement
Managing the impacts and outcomes and changes to processes, people and technology
Management of response to mitigate these impacts
Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plan
Communication Strategy and Plan

To be successful in this role you will need:

A strong track record of change management experience with at least seven years of demonstrable experience in developing and implementing change management strategies on highly complex change initiatives
Prior experience rolling out ERP implementations
Exceptional communication skills
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Familiarity working on Supply Chain projects
