Change Manager

Our client is undertaking an SAP upgrade and we are looking for a Change Manager to work collaboratively with users of the deployment team to ensure a seamless transition for end users who are impacted by these changes.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up the change vision, strategy and plan
  • Creating a Change Impact Assessment and develop a pragmatic change plan for all impacted groups
  • Developing training material
  • Adoption measurement
  • Managing the impacts and outcomes and changes to processes, people and technology
  • Management of response to mitigate these impacts
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plan
  • Communication Strategy and Plan
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A strong track record of change management experience with at least seven years of demonstrable experience in developing and implementing change management strategies on highly complex change initiatives
  • Prior experience rolling out ERP implementations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Familiarity working on Supply Chain projects
