Programme Manager needed for a significant transformation programme, acting as an advocate for customer-led transformation you will be providing capability uplift across the business. Successful candidates will have:

Extensive experience in target operating model design
Previous experience in the management and delivery of a large programme of work through all phases of the project life cycle
Knowledge and understanding of programme management tools and methodologies, including agile delivery at scale
Strong stakeholder management skills. The ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a wide range of teams and levels
Strong commercial acumen
