Senior Business Analyst

Exciting opportunity to join our client in the early stage of their Salesforce implementation. You will need to bring the following skills and experience:

Extensive Business Analyst experience in large complex environments
Data migration and integration experience
Previous experience implementing a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce
Perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to map the Salesforce capabilities to business needs
Work closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively build productive relationships with customers and vendors
Ideally exposure to the insurance industry
