As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working on the customer refund and remediation programme, focusing on fixing any issues that negatively impact customers. You will be working through large sets of data to understand impacted customers, this will involve working closely with the project team to understand customer impacts and scope outcomes.
Successful candidates will have:
- Extensive BA experience in a large, complex environment
- Experience working with large sets of data
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Very strong Excel and SQL to investigate data
- Comfortable working in complexity with a curious/questioning nature
